The wide variety of strength and conditioning classes at Jimmy’s are designed to elevate your fitness routine, increase your strength, and provide a fun, safe environment to train and improve your personal fitness.

Strength and Conditioning
If you’re looking to improve your general fitness level, increase your cardiovascular health, and build strength, join our small group strength and conditioning classes today.
You will receive personalized attention from a dedicated coach, in a supportive and fun environment.
All fitness levels are welcome and you are encouraged to complete exercises during our circuits at your own pace.
Coaches are available during each class to tailor your workout to accommodate different fitness levels and provide individualized guidance.
Our primary focus during this class is strength training and functional conditioning, ensuring you develop a solid, well-rounded fitness base.

Our most popular small group class - Prepare for an exciting and dynamic workout that will challenge your entire body! Our circuit training classes are designed to build strength, agility, and cardiovascular fitness through various stations.

Fighter’s Fitness
