What to Expect at Rock Steady Boxing
Our Rock Steady Boxing program is designed specifically for individuals living with Parkinson’s. The goal is to improve strength, balance, coordination, and overall quality of life in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Classes are coach-led, adaptable, and built to meet you where you’re at — whether you’re new to exercise or have been active for years.
Your First Class
(1-1 Assessment)

Starts with meeting with the Certified Rock Steady Head Coach Jimmy Kim for a 45 min assessment, which will include conversation about your current abilities and comfort level

Introduction to basic movements, strength test and boxing-based exercises

Range of Motion and balance exercises

Opportunity to get familiar with the space and coaches
Everything is done at your own pace. No experience needed.

How much attention will I receive in class?
We keep our classes small with a maximum 4:1 participant-to-coach ratio, so everyone receives guidance, support, and a safe training experience.
How to get started
Book an assessment first. We learn about your current abilities and needs, then recommend the right class fit and support plan.

$85: Assessment
$60: Single (1) Class
