Our program teaches you the fundamental skills of punching, self-defence, and strength and conditioning techniques that professional boxers use to stay in top shape.
If you want to take your skills to the next level, we offer private 1-on-1 pad-holding sessions with a professional coach. You’ll receive personalized instruction to ensure you throw your punches correctly and safely. Expect to learn all the basic techniques of a professional boxer and train like one, too!
You won’t need to bring any equipment to your first session except for workout clothes, athletic shoes, and water. Our friendly and experienced coaches will take care of the rest, ensuring you have everything you need to start your boxing journey.
