Jimmy, Paya and the rest of the trainers have an approach that is equal parts friendly and firm, always open to questions, and focused on making your workout actually work for you. I used to make any excuse to avoid working out. I tried a million things and gave up on all of it. Now, I'm almost 10 weeks into the semi-private personal training program and - I still can't believe I'm saying this - I actually look forward to working out. I feel noticeably stronger and so much happier in my body. If you're thinking of signing up, just do it.
